1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AGT mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts or circumventing eligibility restrictions is prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. We may require identity verification (KYC) to unlock certain features or external transfers. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

4. Services and Rewards

The App offers: Rewards Account (managing in-app AGT rewards), Daily Distribution (daily reward participation), Referrals (inviting friends for referral rewards), Tasks and Achievements, and Community (leaderboards, news, challenges). Reward rules, amounts, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee specific reward amounts, schedules, or redemption value. Rewards are provided for engagement within the App and have no guaranteed monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: use fake accounts, bots, scripts, or automated systems; engage in fraud, manipulation, abuse of referrals or distributions; violate applicable laws; infringe others' rights; attempt unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems; distribute malware or harmful content; impersonate others; use the App in ways that harm, disrupt, or overload our services; or circumvent security measures. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, termination, and legal action where appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, or decisions made based on App content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, the above may not fully apply to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and governing law) shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to resolve any dispute individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

9. Advertising

The App may display advertisements, including from third-party ad networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of ads. Ad networks may collect data pursuant to their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party ad content or data collection. The "Contains ads" label may appear on our store listing.
