We collect information necessary to provide our services: (a) Account Data: email, full name, phone number, and password; (b) Identity Verification (KYC): ID document photos, selfie, full name, ID number, date of birth, nationality, and gender when you complete verification; (c) Transaction Data: rewards balance, amounts added or transferred, distribution and referral rewards; (d) Referral Data: referral codes, invited users, rewards earned; (e) Device Data: device identifiers for push notifications and security; (f) Usage Data: app interactions, feature usage, and performance data. Third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Firebase/Google) may also collect data as described in their privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; verify your identity (KYC) to unlock features and external transfers; provide rewards, daily distribution, referral, and community services; send transactional and promotional notifications; improve our services and fix technical issues; prevent fraud and ensure platform security; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms. We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or your consent where required.
3. Information Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) Service Providers: Supabase (database, authentication) and Google Firebase (push notifications, analytics) under data processing agreements; (b) Ad Networks: if we display ads, ad partners may collect data per their policies; (c) Legal Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights; (d) Other parties: with your explicit consent. 4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest; secure credential storage on device; database row-level security (RLS); and authentication controls including optional biometric verification. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access and receive a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, use in-app account settings or contact us at the email below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., 30 days under GDPR).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution). After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
9. Advertising and Third-Party Data
The App may display advertisements. Ad providers may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement under their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party ad practices. You may limit ad tracking through your device settings. Our App may be labeled "Contains ads" on Google Play.
